Case Management
Working directly with your admissions department, our team “takes over” authorization management from the patient’s admission through discharge.
Our services include eligibility verification, prior authorizations, concurrent reviews, and continued care advocacy. We ensure clinical documentation supports the appropriate level of care, manage timely submissions, and guide facilities through the denials and appeals process.
Reimbursement Maximization
Every authorization is evaluated independently and matched against your Managed Care contracts to secure the highest appropriate reimbursement.
We identify additional reimbursement opportunities through single case agreements, medication carve-outs, and contracting consultation. Our team also assists with clawbacks, denied claims, and additional documentation requests (ADRs), working closely with your billing department to help protect your facility's revenue.
