Our Story
Brian Neumann, CEO of Absolute Authorizations has been in the Managed Care industry for over 9 years. He witnessed firsthand the complexity of managed care authorizations—and how delays, denials, or incorrect care levels could negatively impact patient outcomes and facility finances.
He founded Absolute Authorizations to allow the facility and the patient to focus on good clinical outcomes without having to worry about financial liability.
Today, our team functions as an extension of your managed care operation — combining clinical insight, payer expertise, and real-time data to guide authorizations, protect patient care, and ensure SNFs receive appropriate reimbursement.

Brian founded Absolute Authorizations in 2019 and brings over 9 years of Medicare Advantage experience. He provides strategic direction for the company and brings deep expertise in payer processes, authorization requirements, and the evolving Medicare Advantage landscape.

Alan Abeaziz
Director of Operations
Alan brings over 10 years of experience in healthcare operations. He oversees the day-to-day operations at Absolute Authorizations, ensuring our team and processes consistently deliver for our clients.
Our Case Managers
Our case management team is made up exclusively of experienced, licensed clinicians. Each team member is highly trained in Medicare Advantage processes and understands how to communicate effectively with insurance plans and healthcare facilities.
